Cons if you take a quick glimpse at it you just think that the object is 1 serving size but it might be split up into different parts. Pros it is easy to see with a glimpse.
2. Based on your analysis of the food labels from the four foods, would you change your opinion of which foods you considered to be healthy (Step 4)? Explain your answer.
Yes because if you read all the nutrition label there might be some foods you thought that were healthy that actually aren't because of how much of a certain ingredient is in there

You would want limit saturated fat because it puts you at higher risk for heart disease if you do do it. You would want to lower cholesterol because it can lead up to it blocking your artistes

Cream of chicken and mushroom soup has a total fat of 8 grams and if i had that everyday for a week you would have 56 grams of fat.
